We’re making our own simple syrup (and I promise, it’s super simple to prepare), made with no refined sugars for a delicious and guilt-free cocktail.
- 5-6 raspberries (if you do not have fresh, you can use the ones from the freezer)
- 1 cup gin
- 1/2 cup syrup mint
- 1/2 cup soda water
Step 1: In a shaker filled with ice pour the syrup of mint to half and refill soda water
Step 2: In a shaker, shake raspberries
Step 3: Pour the gin into a shaker and shake with raspberries
Step 4: Strain the raspberry and gin over glasses
Step 5: Add decorations and enjoy
Ingredients syrup of mint
- half a cup of chopped mint leaves
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
Cook for 2 minutes. Strain the syrup through a fine colander pressing hard parts. Cover to cool, kept 2 weeks.
